Introduction
These terms govern website creation and management services provided by Michal Stano, Za humnami 173/16, 919 09 Šelpice, e-mail info@webarchitect.sk to businesses (the “client”).
Order and contract
Submitting the form on the website is a non-binding request. A contract is formed only by signing a service agreement or confirming a quote in writing.
Prices and payment
The price and how it is paid are set by the quote for the client: either a subscription (a setup fee and a monthly fee) or a one-off price. Prices exclude VAT. The setup fee and the one-off price are invoiced after the website goes live. The monthly fee is invoiced monthly unless the quote says otherwise.
Term and termination
A subscription contract runs for 12 months and then continues indefinitely. After 12 months either party may terminate it with one month's notice. With a one-off price, the services after launch (such as hosting and the domain) are set by the quote.
Domain and content
The domain is registered to the client. The client supplies texts, photos and logos and is responsible for having the right to use them. When the contract ends we hand over the domain and the website content.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
