What we process

The details you enter in the order form: name, e-mail, phone, name and type of your place, town, company ID (IČO), company name, registered address, tax ID, domain, links and note.

Technical data needed to protect the form from bots (such as your IP address), processed by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Purpose and legal basis

Handling your order and pre-contract discussions at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Protecting the website from spam and abuse based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

If no contract follows the order, we delete the data within 12 months at the latest. If we sign a contract, we keep it for its duration and then for the periods required by law, for example 10 years for accounting records.

Who receives it

Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, order database, bot protection and cookie-free visitor statistics) and Resend (sending the confirmation e-mail). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Our visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) do not use cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data and to object. Just write to info@webarchitect.sk.

You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).
